for the healthy

So far, I’ve been pretty good about keeping gluten-free and exercising more. I’ve also been indulging in these:

Snake River Farms, American Wagyu – from Costco. Most of the top end restaurants get their wagyu from SRF. This has no gluten and the ingredients are: Wagyu beef, water, brown sugar, cane sugar, vinegar, beef stock, sea salt, tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), spices, cultured celery powder, garlic powder, onion powder.

Zena organic supergreens + energy – also from Costco. It has a bunch of greens, fruits, veggies, functional mushrooms (Reishi, Lion’s mane), probiotics, prebiotics, and digestive enzymes and no added sugar. It has about 100 mg of natural caffeine (guarana/green tea) and electrolytes.

Zena pure colostrum – from Costco. I just pour a scoopful in with my supergreens drink. This has immunoglobulins, growth factors, and lactoferrin to help immune and digestive health.

Lyuh esther liposomal glutathione direct – Olive Young. It has Glutathione, L-Cysteine, and milk thistle to help detox, protect liver cells, and fight oxidative stress.

Forest Leaf Advanced Collagen – Amazon. It has collagen, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C, which helps boost collagen production. Collagen type I, II, III promotes skin elasticity, joint health, and overall vitality. I may swap this one out (when I’m finished) for the collagen peptides powder instead to see if there’s any difference.

Laird superfood creamer – Amazon (I was given hella Amazon gift cards for Christmas). This is coconut-based dairy-free creamer with adaptogenic mushrooms (Chaga, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, and Maitake) The mushrooms provides energy, athletic performance, memory, reduce brain fog, skin/hair vitality, immunity (thanks to antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds). I find that I need to add a splash of creamer still but with the MCTs (from coconut) and mushrooms, I don’t get jittery using this. This was created by Laird John Hamilton, a big-wave surfer from California.

Of course I’m still into Kuromi… she’s such a bad ass.

And I’ve traded in Labubu’s for Jellycat (originally from London and then expanded to Minnesota). This one is a Christmas tree that I got using a hotel voucher I received when I stayed at Indian Wells last month.

What are y’all into right now?

Getting healthy is also a goal I have. It can be hard to keep things going. Life can through you curveballs and before you know it, that healthy routine is not so routine anymore. Some good choices have helped me. Doing the stairs instead of the elevator and even replacing junk food with healthy snacks.

yasss i also take the stairs. replacing junk food will be next…

That sounds great. I have done a little of that as well. Sugar can be hard but once you get over the first couple of weeks it gets a little easier.
