Not to completely knock on patisseries but I do enjoy desserts as long as they’re not too sweet, but I think that’s the Asian in me.

    The older you get, the less interested you become in people who look perfect…

    And the more grateful you become for people who are genuine.

    Real people have flaws.

    Real people make mistakes.

    Real people aren’t trying to convince the world they’re perfect.

    They’re simply trying to be honest.

    And honesty will always be worth more than perfection.

    Savory. Mostly because I’ve gone out of my way to reduce my sugar intake (holy f*ck, the amount of sugar in a can of soda!) and I don’t like artificial sweeteners.

    That doesn’t mean I don’t miss it, tho!
