I lived more than half my life without a smartphone, and I truly struggle these days to imagine an existence without one.
But because of work calls and texts, I’ve started contemplating a life with it off all the time…
dude i don’t even remember anyone’s phone number. not even my mom’s! how sad is that…
I remember all the old numbers from the pre smartphone era and a few new ones I’ve made an effort to memorize.
But most new numbers? Nope.
i remember my work # and my assistant’s work #. how sad!
They just changed all our work numbers recently. Super irritating because now I’m wasting storage space on the old number AND the new number.
(Along with the work number from a previous job…)
you must be good with numbers. i’m good at mathematics but remembering series of numbers is something else.
More muscle memory, I think, than mental prowess. Years and years of dialing, then punching in, the same numbers over and over.
Email apps, photo editing apps. Youtube, Etsy, Hulu, WP…but I also use a lot of websites too
yasss Hulu is a good one and so is Etsy.
Also use a Pedometer, Weather App, A.I. Create Music Apps, Youtube Music
Mine is email and jetpack, too. I rarely open my bank account apps.🤭
