I am way too invested in the Lindsay Clancy trial. I can’t believe anything that anyone posts on social media so I have use Google or DuckDuckGo to verify the information. Since I don’t have time to watch the trial while it is live, I have to resort to videos on YouTube or news articles.

    I have avoided this story as much as possible. In my family before I was born one of my mother’s cousin did something similar. She had two sons and both of them were on the spectrum she couldn’t handle it so she drove with them off a cliff. It was quite shocking to hear.

    I’ve been lightly watching it. For me there’s enough evidence of premeditation, not just postpartum. She killed her children.

    What I don’t understand is why people are defending her and why every excuse in the book is being used to blame the father.

        But the defense has already pleaded guilty to the murders. Now it’s up to the jury to decide if she did it while being in psychosis, which would send her to an institution and not prison.
