1. What made you want to start a blog and how did it come about?

I started this blog two and a half years ago, but recently I accidentally wiped out my entire site. I know. Ugh.

Prior to this blog, I had another stand alone blog that had over 10,000 subscribers. I shut down my site after a couple of years because it wasn’t fun for me anymore and it lost its meaning for me. I also had a lot of disturbing stalkers following me and it was rather unnerving.

2. What is your blog about?

It’s about me. Yours truly.

When I asked Zaddy for advice on how to grow my IG following, he replied, “I think the most important thing you can be is yourself. I believe in authenticity. Be the best you, Roro. I’m more than happy to encourage you.” He offered to help with the details but I’m stubborn and wanted to do it by myself. I did however take his words to heart. I pretty much ditched Instagram and went back to writing.

3. How long have you been blogging (or how old is your blog)?

January 22, 2024 was when I registered this site. January 23, 2024 was my first post.

4. What was your first blog post about?

i’m gucci.

That evening, after a party, I met one of my former situationships and I thought we would get a bite to eat and shoot the shit. What I didn’t realize was that I was still clinging onto the past and he had already moved on… tragically, we were never meant to be. I haven’t spoken to him since that night and we’ve been in each other’s lives since our uni days. Not having him in my life anymore still stings.

5. What kind of posts might we be seeing on your page in the near future?

Whatever I damn feel like. It really could be about anything. If anyone has anything in particular that they’d like me to write about or would like for it to be a blogging prompt, they can always leave a comment.

6. Aside from blogging, what are some of your other writing aspirations, if you have any?

I just finished writing Sammy’s letter, which I plan to send out first. I have a package also that goes along with the letter but it requires me to go to the USPS, which I haven’t had time to do yet. I’ll have to do that when I get back from holiday. I’m super behind… le sigh, I’m so sorry.

I still need to write snail mail to Hazel and Nico. I didn’t forget, it’s just that I don’t have enough time in the day. Damn work is always getting in the way.

I have zero desire to write a book nor do I want to be a screenwriter. With that being said, I do have a couple of collabs (rap and erotica) going on right now.

7. Why do you blog?

It’s probably the most healthy expressive outlet that I have. It’s a cathartic release for me. I’ve found that blogging also allows me to connect with others and receive feedback as well.

8. What are some interesting/fun facts about you?

• I graduated high school when I barely turned 17 years old.
• My vision is terrible: -7.0 bilaterally AND I have astigmatism. I have extreme nearsightedness. My glasses are so thick, it looks like I can see into the future.
• I was on the cover of a board game (it’s no longer being sold) when I was in the fifth grade.
  • I don’t think the game did very well in sales because it was only on the shelves for a short period of time and I forgot what the name was called. They had us playing the game for the shoot and I cannot for the life of me remember what it was even about.
  • All I remember was that I was scouted at school, I was paid a small sum of money and donuts, and I thought that this was going to help me become popular… but sadly it did not.
• I can read 581 words per minute, comprehension of 85%.
• I took a type test a couple of days ago and my speed was 93 words per minute, 2 mistakes, 99% accuracy. Hmm, my stats were better last year but then again, it was nearly 0400 when I took the test or maybe it’s because of all the brain rot doom scrolling that I used to do?

9. If you could tell the world anything, what would it be?

Kindness matters. A lot…

10. If you were to start another blog, what would it be about?

IDK if I’d want to do another blog that was any different. I’ve been approached by friends to write content for their sites that are geared towards health and wellness but I kindly declined. If there’s anything groundbreaking or topics that pique my interest, I’d rather write about it on my own blog. Sorry but not sorry.

12. Summer or winter? (And why!)

They’re both equally torturous for me but if I had to pick, it would be winter. During the wintertime, I can wear layers if I’m cold. I really dislike the heat, plus I’m hella sensitive to smells and inhaling peoples malodorous body odors makes me nauseous. IDK how I survived living in Texas. SMH.
