Strange things happen to me often enough where I wonder if it’s me.
People frequently give me free things without me even hinting or asking. I will literally be sitting at a table and someone will offer me a free something or another. My exes, especially Beau Mec have witnessed this many times during our time together. Every time it happened, he’d shake his head in disbelief.
Other times, random people enter my life and we become fast friends. People at work tell me the latest gossip because I’m like a vault. Patients tend to share their deepest secrets with me because of my aura (I’m told).
I’ve had a lot of good things happen to me, a lot of not so good things happen to me, and definitely a lot of weird shit that’s happened to me.
Cashier: Betsey Johnson always comes out with such cute jewelry.
Me: Yeah…
Cashier: I really wanted to get this one for myself but I didn’t have any money.
Me: Oh… that sucks.
Cashier: Too bad we’re not friends, otherwise I would borrow it from you.
Me: Uh… no.
