I guess if the person is competent the blame of nepotism doesn’t last but in the beginning there is a lot of distrust. If someone wants to take the family occupation further a little bit of help from family goes a long way especially if they lack the skills.
totes, there are so many here in SoCal. people sometimes start off with, do you know who my dad is?
Its the same in New Delhi I’m glad I live on the opposite side of the country lol
