How do you define success?

Prompt created by yours truly.

I’d love to read your responses.

I think I have a few thoughts about this, unfortunately, I’m not a nepo baby, so it is what it is:

  • feeling fulfilled
  • financial stability
  • having meaningful relationships
  • being satisfied with the accomplishments made
  • having discipline and being persistent
  • ability to network

I guess if the person is competent the blame of nepotism doesn’t last but in the beginning there is a lot of distrust. If someone wants to take the family occupation further a little bit of help from family goes a long way especially if they lack the skills.
