This is easy, I have so many, where do I even begin?
- overthinking conversations, texts, decisions afterward
- being overly self-critical
- falling off the no gluten and no caffeine train, but at least I get back on
- saying “um,” “like” constantly
- disassociating
- being shy
- being non confrontational
- being so mindful of others… to the point where I have a hard time feeling comfortable
