I think like most people, I comfortably fall back into old habits that didn’t serve me well before.
- regular gym habit or exercising earlier in the morning before work
- self-esteem and confidence outside of work
- enhancing my time management – I’ve been able to manage thus far but I found out that I’ll be working more hours at my primary job
- stop being skittish. I like to flee. When it’s time for me to go home after work, I tell my coworkers that I’m going to undergo “runaway therapy”.
- cooking more healthier meals. I saved Ajinkya’s Dal recipe so I can make it when I have more time.
- checking more things off my bucket list
