My friends wanted to go to the ARIH pop-up that was happening on the West side at the mall. It’s inspired by BTS–blending positivity and creativity from their music with Korean flavors.

Their philosophy is that there is life in between. In between the mornings and evenings, inside and out, the start and the end. Step in. Slow down. Find the rhythm.

I liked how they had elements of the BTS Arirang album and their products on display.

They had samples of modern noodles – restaurant-inspired, Western-Korean fusion flavors for a refined and satisfyingly soulful meal.

Postbiotic energy – clean, 0 grams of sugar, postbiotic formulation for sustained clarity without the crash.

Dual biotic soda – a sparkling fusion of prebiotics and fiber for digestive and emotional well-being.

I think my favorite noods were the truffle bulgogi and the gochujang butter. My friends liked vongole with clam sauce. My least favorite was the K-super spicy seaweed, the spice level was too much. I did like that it as soupless and it absorbs the flavors better.

They will be selling the noodles and drinks at Walmart or walmart.com. I think you can pre-order them on their site.

People are supposed to flip the panels to harmonize the opposites and find what resonates with the person. This was my ARIH.

They gave us a booklet to fill out, stickers of their products, and a keyboard fidget keychain. I love the sound of the clickity clack.

I love spicy foods. I’ve been known to have an iron stomach, so… tbh, I’m like the opposites of our dear sweet baby Jinny. 💜💮

One thing I found about South Korean culture a few years ago was the love of corndogs.
Personally, corndogs are some of my favorite foods. I have some fishcake mozzarella ones at home and the two go together well.

The corn dog with mochi batter with hot sauce does it for me

So these are pre-packaged noodles? Not what I’d expect from a pop-up restaurant.

I’m tempted to try some if they’re good. And I like spicy food. I wonder if the super spicy noodles are too hot for me…

    1. justrojie Avatar

i think they were just testing and sampling the products before release?

        I guess that makes sense.
