  • finishing my projects before the deadline
  • when my mom praises me (which is rare)
  • when leadership compliments me with the good ole “atta girl”
  • my patients achieving their goals (lowering a1c, weight, etc.)
  • helping others
  • losing weight
  • doing the right thing, even when it’s difficult
  • standing up for those who don’t have a voice
  • when my underlings pass their boards after tutoring them
  • for deleting TikTok

      there’s no easing off. she tells me that she says these criticisms because she thinks it’s helpful for me to hear lol even when i tell her it’s anything but
