This took place in 2025. As you can see, I’m behind in life but that’s just how it goes, I suppose.

I went with two other colleagues. At this dinner, I got to learn more about a chemotherapeutic agent that I wasn’t as familiar with.

There really wasn’t much drama other than people coming in an hour late. These dinners typically last about 90 minutes, including a Q&A. But it also depends on how fast the food comes out.

Seared Ahi tuna
Crabmeat stuffed mushrooms

Steak house salad – baby lettuce, grape tomatoes, garlic croutons

11 oz classic filet done medium with grilled shrimp added on
Creamed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes

By the time the steak came out, I was already full. I ended up boxing up my steak to take home along with the sides. I did eat the shrimp though, I didn’t want to reheat it and make it tough and rubbery.
