How do you show care without words?
I think there are plenty of ways:
- a long hug
- active listening
- creating a safe space
- cooking their fav meal
- making a cup of coffee
- holding hands
- purchasing a small gift
- having meaningful talks and spend time together
- staying consistent
- celebrating the little things, cause a win is a win
- curating a playlist
- respecting their boundaries
