LINK: cool stuff

Coworker got me this device, Audio Lollipop, from Five Below. I pushed the small square button on the bottom, insert the lollipop in my mouth, and put in the ear plugs. It uses bone conduction so that I’m able to hear music through my teeth to my ears. It was trippy AF but super cool.

The other weekend, I went to Temecula and got to witness their annual pow wow at the casino. This is a snap of the grand entrance, where they showcase the dancers from all the different tribes, veterans, and tribal royalty. They had vendors there, but I refrained from buying anything cause I put myself on a budget.
The Buddhist monks have made it to North Carolina on their Walk for Peace. They’re traveling on foot from Texas to Washington D.C. (2,300 miles). They are bringing hope and mindfulness to people.

One of my fav Japanese snacky snack brands is Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory. I first tried it over a decade ago when my brother went on holiday to Japan. Ever since then, I’ve asked friends to bring me back a box whenever they go because the shipping costs were expensive. Amazon was charging almost $70 for 30 pieces. Fuck that.
My fav is the honey and gorgonzola cookies. I have yet to try their cheese cakes, but if they’re anywhere near as good as the cookies, I’m gonna turn into a big back. Anyway, great news, Tokyo Milk Factory has arrived in the U.S. I just have to decide which day I’m gonna break my gluten-free diet.

The UK now has a fast track for high-income earners (£125,000) to become permanent residents. I’m just keeping this in mind as a backup plan if Vancouver doesn’t work out. I’m not moving right now by the way, I just like being prepared in case shit goes down.
