It’s that time of the year again. I finally got a day off from work. I went with friends to the fair and indulged in various foods and everything kawaii.

Japanese A5 wagyu skewers from Wagyu Street. The Japanese A5 wagyu was better at the Shin-Sen-Gumi food stall.
Red miso ramen from Ramen & Tsukeman TAO (MICHELIN Bib gourmand 2022) with egg and no chashu. I know, it’s sacrilege but I’m not much of a pork eater. This was very tasty and satisfying.

We got the taro ube milk tea with taro boba and fresh strawberry matcha boba. I liked that it wasn’t too sweet and the perfect dessert.
We thought about going to the sake lounge, they were offering free samples but I didn’t want to get sleepy or sloppy either.

I love mochi and couldn’t have been more thrilled to have a variety of mochi to choose from. I got the tart and black sesame mochis. It’s gluten-free, not too sweet, and fresh. Yum!

Pikachu in the house! He’s so cute. I haven’t played Pokémon GO in a minute.
I also stopped by Arwama, Warby Yama booth. The side eye birds are giving me life. I think they’re the cutest thing ever.
We also watched BABYBEARD perform, they’re J-pop rock group with an Aussie pro wrestler, cross-dressing, metal singer. This is very different than the usual K-pop songs that I listen to.
