LINK: post birthday celebration #5
It ain’t over till the fat lady sings. Apparently, she ain’t nowhere done singing. My birthday was back in May but we’re still going strong. I have one more birthday get together after this and I’m finally over.
Even though it was a celebratory dinner with my team, we still discussed work so I guess it was a working dinner? Either way, I was thankful for my colleagues to take me out. It took us a long time to coordinate our schedules but we finally did it.
From left to right, starting from the top:
- juicy pork dumplings
- eggplant with garlic sauce
- zha jiang noodles (Chinese version of 자장면 (jajangmyeon)—black bean sauce with noods)
- beef and lamb skewers
- beef roll
They also got me a gift certificate from Target and a nice card. I feel very fortunate to having nice coworkers.
