The Mystery Blogger Award was created by Okoto Enigma, but her page is private and hasn’t been active for quite some time.
Three things about myself:
- When I was in grade school, I was recruited to be on a cover of a board game.
- Somewhere far back in my lineage, I’m a descendent from royalty—queens, kings, and their many offsprings.
- I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted simultaneously while under. when I awoke, I begged my mom for a Big Mac because I was starving and it would be one of the few times that my parents would buy me fast food. It took me nearly 40 minutes to eat and it was worth it.
April’s five questions:
- What does prayer mean to you? Prayer is a direct line to God. Sometimes, it’s a moment of gratitude, asking for clarity, or just trying to get guidance in life. It sometimes turns into bargaining though. “Please let my dad live, I promise to be a better person.” I know I’m not alone in that kind of desperate plea. Most of the time, it feels like I don’t get a response…
- A moment that changed your life? When my dad died. When my dog died. When I graduated from uni.
- How different was your life one year ago? I started this blog January 2024 and unexpectedly found a kind community here.
- What’s your favorite TV show while growing up? Fun fact, my parents didn’t really let us watch television growing up. Most of our time was filled with school, music lessons and practicing for hours, and extra pages of math homework that my dad would assign. He was a mechanical engineer and he would make endless pages of math equations that he would make up for me to solve.
- Who’s your favorite YouTuber? I don’t watch YouTube other than to watch/listen to music videos.
