There are telltale signs.
I get this feeling of lightness—like I want to explore, try new things, say “yes” more often. I’ll actually feel adventurous and I might even be talkative, which is rare for me unless I’m truly comfortable. There’s more laughter, more smiling, and this natural kind of optimism that creeps in without me forcing it.
I’ll want to give my full energy to whatever I’m doing—whether it’s work, relationships, or doing something for myself. Things feel more doable, more worth it.
And when I’m good mentally and emotionally, intimacy reflects that too. The sex is better, more frequent, and it feels more connected, more alive… more electric.
