My bedroom.
I can melt into the blankets and rot there for hours—half the day gone, and I don’t even flinch. After long stretches of being “on” in the outside world, this is where I get to fully turn off.
Sometimes it’s sleep, sometimes it’s doomscrolling with one leg out of the blankets, or just staring at the ceiling letting my thoughts float by.
