Jayjay is back from season 1.
Of course, he slid into my DMs, and this time, he had a story about his girlfriend. He sent me a picture of her, and I’ll admit—she was quite pretty. Naturally, I told him that. But instead of taking it as a compliment, he seemed annoyed by my response. He said she was “old.” I couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow and asked him, “How old?” He told me they were the same age.
My eyes practically rolled out of my head. What exactly was he expecting from me? She looked better than he did, and I wasn’t about to tell him otherwise.
And as if that wasn’t enough, he sent me a picture of his latest toy—a BMW. He was practically glowing with pride over it. I congratulated him, though it could have been his third or fourth car by now. I lost track. I’m just terrible with cars; I don’t know shit about cars nor do I care.
But here’s the thing—I really hope he marries this girl. I do.
