If you could be someone else for a day, who would you be, and why?
If you had asked me this question back in high school, my answer would have been—the blonde, popular cheerleader captain. She was so damn cool and dripped out. She had the perfect hair, the enviable social status, and seemed to have everything and could have her pick of the litter.
But now? I see things differently. Everyone has their own struggles, insecurities, and battles that aren’t always visible. Over the years, I’ve grown into myself and for the most part, I am content. My life isn’t perfect, but is anyone’s?
