What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

  • volleyball, played outside hitter
  • hiking
  • sex… ercise. IYKYK.
  • zip-lining, it’s a lazy activity because all I do is hang on and enjoy the scenery
  • sleeping, I love this so much
  • dancing
  • ping pong, I have a wicked backspin
  • badminton, I’m so Asian

    I like the lazy zip lining a lot lot lot 🤣.
    How do you manage to do all these with the accidents you had because I can’t stress, and twist otherwise I’d be pieces 😅

        That’s true. My joints, muscles, bones whatever won’t allow it. They can’t stand the little chill we have now ☹️☹️. Should go back to being young 🤔
