Dear Amicos:
I had such a fun and adventurous time in Bologna, Italy.Β Eating authentic Italian foods really made me so much happier.Β Or was it the vino and cheese?Β Or the fact that I was not working? Regardless, I didn’t feel bloated or lethargic like I did in the states, which made me want to cook more at home because all the processed foods are trash here in America. When I go to Europe or Canada, they don’t have any of the hot garbage we have because it’s been banned and for good reason.
Anyway, here’s a recipe from the the cooking class I went to in Bologna.Β I’ve made it multiple times since and it just hits right.Β Follow me for more big back shenanigans.Β *grins*
