What are your feelings about eating meat?

Lately, I’ve been craving meatloaf. That means my anemia is pretty bad when I start wanting to eat copious amounts of red meat.
Side note: Call me old fashioned but I’m not interested in bioengineered food.

For a few years, I was a vegetarian then I became a vegan for about a year. After that, I went into a deep rabbit hole of the meat eating abyss due to my iron levels tanking.
I blame it on my anemia…and also being Korean.
Because what is being a Korean without eating Korean BBQ?
