What’s something you believe everyone should know?

But in all seriousness…
81%Â of Americans check their phone while dining out.
Americans check their phone forty-six times per day.
Whenever I was out on dates, I never checked my phone unless we were fact checking something that was discussed in our conversation. I figured everything that I needed at that moment was right in front of me. Besides, it’s poor etiquette and just say no to phubbing.Â
Even now, I don’t like looking at my phone because it distracts me from being in the moment and from doing my work. There are times when I turn off my phone to get away from the virtual world. I have two phones on me at all time (one for personal and the other for work). I dislike being tethered to them, but it is what it is…for now.
My imagination is also extremely active, so whatever I conjure up in my head is going to be far more interesting than whatever is online. Just let me be delulu for a bit and enjoy the moment.Â
