What food would you say is your specialty?
Korean food. I’ve been on that since I was in the womb. Cooking Korean food is labor intensive so I don’t make it as often as I would like. I’ve had an overdose of Korean street foods and liquor while staying in the motherland and living in Chicago and SoCal.
The side dishes (반찬) are a must and plentiful. The hot stone rice bowl (돌솥비빔밥) is one of my favs to cook and eat.
Then there’s KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), forget Colonel Sanders… sorry but not sorry. Koreans know how to make fried chicken to another level. Yes, this chicken combo has avocados, strawberries, and veggies. It was epic.
Obvi, the K-BBQ. I’m not much of a pork eater so it’s the beef for me, specially the brisket and short ribs. Meat. It’s what’s for dinner.
