How do you relax?
Isn’t that the truth?
There are so many things I do to relax:
- exercise
- deep breathing
- DD2
- listen to classical or lo-fi music
- take a nap
- drink warm decaf tea
- get a massage
- go swimming
- read a book (it’s been a minute since I’ve read) or y’alls blogs
- laugh… we laugh a lot at work otherwise we will cry
- eat copious amounts of sushi
- go to the Korean spa, get a scrub down, and soak in the hot water
- meditate
- rooftop dining/drinking
