Isn’t that the truth?
There are so many things I do to relax:
- exercise
- deep breathing
- sex/masturbate…a lot…gotta get that cardio
- listen to classical music – these days it’s Johannes Brahms but I’m really feeling Symphony No.1 in C minor, Op.68
- take a nap
- drink decaf hot tea
- get a massage
- go swimming
- read a book – currently reading Holidays on Ice by David Sedaris
- laugh…we laugh a lot at work otherwise we will cry
- eat copious amounts of sushi
- go to the Korean spa and get a scrub down and soak in the hot water
- meditate
- rooftop dining/drinking
