What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Currently listening to: happier – Olivia Rodrigo
- drinking copious amounts of water
- taking daily multi-vitamins
- I don’t drink pop but will indulge in coffee or espresso and sometimes tea
- masturbate, sometimes 2fast and 2furious
- sing loudly in the car…by myself because no one should be subjected to that kind of torture
- blog and read other’s posts
- if time permits, take a nap in my car during my lunch break
- exercise
- shower
- doom scroll on IG or TikTok, I’m pretty sure this is detrimental to my health
- skincare regimen
- overthink…this is definitely not good
