What brings you peace?
So many things bring me peace…
- a good book. I’d recommend Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World by Haruki Murakami.
- classical music, said the concert pianist. Clair de Lune by Claude Debussy.
- drinking by/swimming in an infinity pool
- quiet…it’s so loud at work I can barely hear myself think sometimes
- being a minimalist. I can’t deal with clutter.
- orgasms. I think this is self explanatory.
- sleep. I love this so much.
- being a passenger princess on the open road.
- greenery and nature. The midwest has tons of it…
- meditation + deep breathing.
- going offline. It’s not possible to do this consistently because of work but trust me, I have no qualms about not being attached to my phone.
- good health because when you’re sick, you feel like shit.
