What’s your definition of romantic?

This is a loaded question for a Korean. *grin* 

The expectations are high and honestly, it’s nearly damn impossible to even achieve K-drama romance with anyone.  The closest I’ve seen it was in the Beckham docuseries.  Le sigh.

Being romantic consists of the following:

  • deep physical and psychological attraction
  • writing love letters
  • small gestures, like putting gas in the car or getting takeout
  • don’t stop the flirting, regularly show affection
  • being adventurous
  • spending the day in bed

And basically everything in this music video by 크러쉬 – beautiful.

    I don’t know, Rojie, if I can experience that kind of romance in the music video.🤭 I love that song and it’s popular in the Philippines, too. The last bullet point made me smile🤩

    To me, romantic can be anything from beautiful K-drama steaminess to like average, “I filled up your car for ya.” Any romantic gesture really. I would defo (and have for kpop and k-drama idols) fall for an Asian. I have actually had a Filipino (or was he Viet??) bf named Dennis, but he was very sappy… and to jr high Sammy, that was a big no-no. 😛 It got so, we got into a fight, he pushed me into the leaves and I kicked him square in the family jewels. I didn’t know what I wanted back then, but who does at that age????
