짜장면 always takes me back to when I was little and in the motherland. I crave these black bean noodles (beef or vegetarian with an egg on top) often, it pairs well with sweet and sour chicken or pork. I am not a fan of pork so there’s that.
When I was staying with my grandmother in Korea, I would eat this almost every other day for months. I never grew tired of it.
