food advice

Apparently, we will be staying a night in London. It’ll be my first time being in England so I’m glad I’ll be there with seven others.

I have a few questions. Is the Indian food there THAT good? In Southern California we have loads of Indian restaurants and in fact my neighborhood is dubbed as “Chindian” because so many Chinese and Indians live here . Since the Maldives has many Indian chefs and restaurants, how does British Indian food compare?

I love Indian food and would love to try as much as I can if possible. My friends love dosas but I’m a huge fan of anything paneer. It’s the cheese for me.

Also, what’s a really nice restaurant to dine at in the London area that can fit a semi-large party? My friends are boujie AF so I imagine they’ll want to go to a Michelin restaurant, the more stars the better.

If you are looking for good Indian food in London you are probably best to head out to the east end. Theres a big Asian community there and to me I think the food is fine. However I doubt it will ever be as good as you’d get from its place of origin. For really good Indian food head up to the midlands, second to none. Enjoy your trip.
