Currently listening to: 7 rings – Ariana Grande
Been through some bad shit, I should be a sad bitch
Who woulda thought it’d turn me to a savage?
Rather be tied up with calls and not strings
Write my own checks like I write what I sing, yeah (yeah)
I like how it interpolates the melody of My Favorite Things from The Sound of Music.
Who would you like to see in concert?
Prompt created by yours truly.
Feel free to use any prompts for November that I post and/or tag me.
I’d love to read your responses
Aside from seeing BTS and SKZ, I’d have to say Ariana Grande. It was extremely hard to get tickets to her concert. When I was in the queue, I was number 75, 232. My coworkers were of no help either because they were in the same boat as I was.
Why is it that when tickets to popular concerts drop it’s always during work hours? My connection is poor at work and we’re not allowed to log into the work WiFi for concerts or any type of shopping. Even if we wanted to, we can’t cause it’s blocked. I could have bought retail tickets but the prices were too steep for the seats that were being offered. Surprisingly, I have limits too when it comes to concerts.
I don’t know when she’ll tour again since she announced that she was going to be taking a break and is planning to pivot towards acting. Le sigh. NGL, though, she killed it in Wicked and Wicked: For Good.
Runner up would be… Big Bang.
I used to be so obsessed with them, especially G-Dragon and T.O.P. I even nicknamed one of my exes, Big Bang. He was by all means, one of the most impactful relationships that I had, much like the music group. He also had the biggest dragon tattoo I’ve ever seen, which reminded me of G-Dragon.
When Martin, rapper from CORTIS, covered Big Bang’s (하루하루) Haru Haru, I nearly lost it.
I may have the opportunity to see them in 2027, Inglewood as they will be having their final concert in the U.S. in March. May the odds be ever in our favor…
