- Eating breakfast. I know it’s the most important meal of the day but I dislike starting the day feeling full. Just give me a cup of java and I’m good.
- Taking a break. It slows me down but every so often I succumb to it. Stupid anemia is always in the way. I’m not a machine after all.
- Being gentle to myself. Enough said. #koreanlife #itsneverenough

🤗😂🥰A harmful routine, rojie, but like you, I break my fast with a full kettle of black tea, with every bite of bread and cottage cheese. I drink a cup of tea. You are luckier than me.

You better take care, you live a full life as it is. I’m anemic too, most of the time my doctor is prescribing iron pills.

i take iron every day and it does nothing. it just can’t seem to latch to my cells. my body is having a revolt.

I wonder if that’s the same for me. I’m on iron pills at the moment, been on them for past few months.

have you redone any labs to check your hemoglobin levels? they tested me for thalassemia and it was negative.

The last one I checked 2 or 3 months back, hemoglobin was low, it’s always low then I have to take the pills. Doctors here don’t do as many tests if the usual ones are normal.

Ahh ok hopefully they recheck it and it’s not when you have your menses too
