Describe your ideal week.

My days are unscripted as anything can happen at work.  Because of this, everything aside from work gets pushed to the back burner and I feel like I’m constantly trying to catch up on life.

If I don’t win the lotto, I guess the next best schedule (work day) would include:

  • I’d turn off my teams + phones. I have two phones (one is work issued from my second job) and then there’s my personal phone (which my primary and consulting gig call/text me on as well).
  • work only eight hours and then clock out for the rest of the day.
  • at least 1-2 hours of exercise either at the gym or at home.
  • have dinner with fam or friends and if time permits, maybe a night cap or coffee.
  • read a book instead of doom scrolling.
  • sleep 8-10 hours instead of bed rotting.

I need to sleep more but my body tells me, enough is enough, and even IF I could sleep in, I don’t think I would. 🙂

Yes, no doom scrolling. I think that bad habit is the new nail-biting.
