day 4: rojie vs beau mec’s version

Beau Mec’s Version

The next morning we had to check out by noon, so we got up, packed, ate the leftover cheese and bread for breakfast, and killed some time watching TV and stuff. I tried playing the hand slap game with her, but it was like taking candy from a baby so I let her off easy.

We drove to the airport and went through security together. She was a security risk, apparently. My flight was later than hers, so I went to her gate and waited with her until it was time for her to board. We said goodbye and went our separate ways.

After that, I went to my plane, and there our story ends.

I really enjoyed the time with her. She has a way of making me laugh, which not everyone can do, and she’s easy to get along with. I guess that’s why people are always giving her free stuff.

Rojie’s Version

In the morning, I quickly got up, packed my stuff, and we ate leftovers from the night before.

Maybe it’s because he boxes but my reflexes seemed to be very slow in comparison to his. We played a Korean hand slapping game and I lost almost every time. I’m not a sore loser but damn, I sucked.

At the airport, Beau Mec waited with me at my gate before I boarded. I thought that was nice of him. I’ve grown used to doing everything by myself so it was rather refreshing. I hugged him and headed towards my plane, when I turned around, he had the saddest look on his face.

I fell asleep on the plane because the Dramamine was doing its thing. When I woke up, I had a bunch of texts from my friends and e-mails that emerged. I wasn’t in the headspace to respond to them since I was still under the influence of the motion sickness medication.

I ordered a cup of coffee at the airport and managed to drive home. On my drive home, I asked Beau Mec if it would be alright if I told Yummy about him, but he seemed to hum and haw. He asked if we could talk later…
