I was in the middle of a phone cleanse—updating numbers and birthdays, deleting old videos and snaps, adjusting my camera settings—when I came across my blocked contacts list.
I’ve blocked 151 numbers.
It usually starts with a friendship that’s no longer viable or things with the dude didn’t work out. I’ll delete the name, then block the number. That way if I ever have a moment of weakness and want to unblock the person later on, I won’t know which number belongs to who.
I’m horrible with phone numbers. I don’t even have my mom’s or my brother’s memorized. I know, it’s pretty bad.
