If money and time weren’t factors, what obscure skill would you master in the next year?

- be a sushi chef (but I’m told that I can’t because I’m female and our hands are too warm and that it could ruin the raw fish or rice).
- be an HVAC technician, I think that would it would be handy to know.
- pruning Bonsai trees, it looks rather relaxing.
- learning calligraphy, it is beautiful to look at.
- be a master mechanic. I don’t know much about cars but I think it would be pretty cool to fix cars.
- excel in archery, I learned the basics in junior high school in Minnesota.
- become a master sommelier. My palate would be super refined.
