I went to pick up Maria at work with two other friends, that way we could carpool over to Maggie’s since she’s not good with directions. On the way, we decided to get food at Northgate – tamales (beef, cheese + poblano peppers), pollo (chicken), chips, guacamole, birria, ceviche, salsa, guacamole, pork and cactus, and soda.

The seven of us ate and ate and ate till we were full.

Maggie busted out the 소주 (soju- rice alcohol similar to vodka) and 막걸리 (makgeuli – rice wine). I was so full that I could barely have a sip of it.

I won the best Hobi look alike contest. I didn’t do anything elaborate, I just wore black leggings and a black oversized t-shirt with a black chain. I didn’t bother taking a snap of it but trust me, I nailed it. LOL.

Maggie also provided prizes and goodie bags. I got the Takashi Murakami flower head thingy. She also crocheted a Cooky cover for my BTS light stick aka ARMY bomb.

We also did some crafts while watching nonstop BTS music videos. I added the letters and cat to my sunglasses, it’s one of the songs in their latest album. Also made a black cat mask, I was trying to channel SUGA’s cat. I may add fur and other embellishments later on.

Or course we had to celebrate SUGA and Maria’s birthday.

We all got a piece of our bias. Even though Jungkook is my bias, he is also Maria’s bias, so I opted for my bias wrecker, SUGA.

After dropping off Maria and by the time I got home, I was exhausted. I still had two loads of laundry to run and work e-mails that I had to respond to before passing out for the night.
