Currently listening to: Escape – Enrique Iglesias
If you feel like leaving
I’m not gonna beg you to stay (I won’t beg you to stay)
But soon you’ll be finding (You’ll be finding)
You can run, you can hide
But you can’t escape my love
If you feel like leaving
I’m not gonna beg you to stay
Is it possible to be grateful for what you have while still desiring more?

I’m thankful for everything I already have. My steady jobs, family, friends, home, and all the things that make my life comfortable. I don’t take any of it for granted.
But I also feel this fire inside of me wanting more. More for me and for the people I love.
Every week, I quickly jot down SMART goals for the week. Example: This week, I’ll exercise four days a week for at least an hour. It keeps me focused and accountable. This helps me progress to the next goal. My longterm goal is to retire at 55.
Between now and then, I’m going to work hard and make as much money as I can. I’m living in that hustle culture but also in that live in the moment era of my life right now. I want to shoot for the stars, dream big, and still make time for vacations, watching the sunset, and unlock more core memories. I never want to look back and realize I was too busy with work that I forgot to enjoy the journey.
