Am I out of my head?Am I out of my mind?If you only knew the bad things I likeDon’t think that I can explain itWhat can I say? It’s complicatedDon’t matter what you sayDon’t matter what you doI only wanna do bad things to youSo good, that you can’t explain itWhat can I say? It’s complicated (damn)

How much time do you spend outside daily?

Prompt snagged from: TCMC

On average, I’d say I spend about an hour a day outside (unless I go to the gym)—most of it happens in the evening after work. That’s usually when I’ll go for a walk or a jog to unwind, clear my mind, and just move my body after a day indoors.

If the day isn’t too packed, I’ll sometimes slip outside during lunch for a quick walk with colleagues.

It may not sound like much, but that hour helps me get out of the rut. It reminds me there’s a life beyond screens, deadlines, endless stream of patients, never ending emails and TEAMS meetings, and fluorescent lighting.

😂 but people can still get skin cancer even if you’re tan or black

It’s liberating so good to do something like this! I agree, I like taking walks!

      Yeah and walking is free!

I am striving for the same. Not always successful, but the weather is guilting me into it!

Idk how people would do that in Alaska specially when it’s dark and the freezing weather 😬

It isn’t easy. And I never really realized how difficult it was until I retired.

I feel like my skin is strong and thick to protect cancer, thank God.🤩🤭

Good for you! Fresh air and sunshine is so important! I’m not that fond of walking, but I love to ride my bike. If only this blasted rain would let up and let me!

Hopefully you’ll be able to ride soon!
