Nice list. The sommelier is especially cool. We’ve seen Northern lights in Ohio, so I would expect northern Minnesota would work at times.

Yes, they certainly weren’t as magnificent as in, say, Alaska, but we’ve had a few opportunities to see them over my lifetime.
I checked Google and found “The northern lights were visible in Minnesota on October 7 and 10, 2024.” If you look at the images for that prompt, they are stunning!
I’ll try to coordinate a time to see that maybe next year since this year is already busy
