What part of your routine do you always try to skip if you can?
- Eating breakfast. I know it’s the most important meal of the day but I dislike starting the day feeling full. Just give me a cup of java and I’m good.
- Taking a break. It slows me down but every so often I succumb to it. Stupid anemia is always in the way. I’m not a machine after all.
- Being gentle to myself. Enough said. #koreanlife #itsneverenough
