I’m not an expert, but ‘experts’ say open your heart or wait for it, it will find you and all that. Me the non expert will say, have no expectations? 😅

When I was in my twenties, I was pretty, intelligent, had friends, a supportive family, a handsome, educated husband, a home, a sports car, and almost everything people could want, but I was empty inside. I was an atheist having been raised in a family that had no knowledge of God, but I remember one moment when I was thinking: “There’s GOT TO BE more to life than this!!” and then when the thought came:: “I wonder if there’s a God?”I quickly shoved it out of my mind because I instinctively knew that if there was a God, I wouldn’t be able to stand before Him.
However, when my life fell apart (I had RA, a horrible affliction in my body, and my husband left me with two children 2 1/2 and 1 1/2 years old to raise by myself,) I didn’t know what I was going to do. I was a mass of tears for weeks until finally, in my own living room, I screamed: God: HELP ME!” and whoosh! His presence came all over me and filled the room. Oh yes, there is love. Never, never, NEVER had I felt such love. Later I learned that “God IS Love,” and He revealed Himself to me as the Son of God Who bore my sins and everyone’s in a cruel death upon the cross. When I was given “the gift” to believe, I received Jesus Christ as my savior, and I felt the weight of my sins lift off me. Whew! I didn’t know what a heavy, heavy load I was carrying until then.
Everyone of us can know and have love when we know the one Who is love…. There are no exceptions because He died for us all!
I’ve known our Lord and our Heavenly Father since 1969 and I have more joy than I ever had when I had all the things this world has to offer, because I have love. I pray that you will have it, too!

When I prayed for you, I saw that you had been stabbed in the back with a knife, and its poison had gone all into your body and soul. Betrayal is a terrible, terrible experience, but if we become bitter it poisons our whole existence. I’m 82 years old and I have known betrayal, deep hurt and great pain, but when I chose to forgive and to bless, healing came-….. even good from what was done to me (rejection, lies, slander, sexual molestation/rape, adultery, and more.) When Jesus hung on the cross, He cried out: “Father, forgive them, they know not what they do!” I remember telling God: “They KNOW what they do!”…. Oh, but they don’t. Yes, people do evil, wicked things, and we can judge what they do, but when we judge them, we’ve opened ourselves up to greater hurt…. I know because I have judged people and hated them.
How I wish I could hold you in my arms as a mother and impart what I’ve learned and tell you: “You’re beautiful, you know.” You were in the heart of God before you were born: He wanted you and if you could see yourself as He sees you, everything that people have done to you would become as nothing. You are destined to become someone so wonderful, you couldn’t even imagine it,…. but it takes forgiveness and mercy to become all you’re meant to be…. especially forgiveness for ourselves. I pray you will get a revelation of who you really are in God’s eyes.
Your destiny is to become “Love”…. just like your Heavenly Father.
