Damn.  Where do I start?  There are so many.

• FBI special agent in criminal profiling.  I love everything forensics.  I also work in forensics at one of my jobs.  2025, my coworker and I are planning to go back to school for forensic psychology.  Masochists…
• Neurosurgeons.  The brain is a remarkable organ.
• Teachers/professors. They are molding the minds of the future.
• Firefighters.  Enough said.
• Pilots.  The views they must see whenever they fly…and having peoples lives in their hands.
• Certified master chefs.  Not the master chef show on Food Network, but the CMC credential from the American Culinary Federation.
  • Side note, the next time I’m in Vegas, I’m definitely going to Joël Robuchon, a three Michelin star restaurant.
