My sleep cycle is utter trash right now.
The heat wave that us Californians are enduring right now is sucking the life out of me. It’s so draining to be in this heat that it makes me want to sleep all the time. I also have major anemia so it doesn’t help either.
The time I go to bed is dependent on how much sleep I got the night before, how much I exercised, and how much work or studying I have to do. My schedule is very erratic, I never know what’s going to happen at work.
There are nights that I could fall asleep at 2000 and wake up at 0600. Then there are times when I go to bed at 0200 and wake up at 0530. On the weekends I have more control over my bedtime and could be in a semi-coma for sixteen hours. It’s never the same, but the goal is to sleep for as many hours as possible.
