Well, let’s start with the basics, shall we?
- Sleeping in a comfortable bed with soft pillows and blankets are a must.
- Coffee or espresso in the morning to provide me with a boost.
- Then there are the naps that I take or doom scrolling during my lunch break (if I’m fortunate enough to have one…that is).
- Eating cheese. Maybe it’s the calcium and vitamin D? But I feel satisfied eating it.
- Then there’s the daily workouts, sex, or masturbation seshes to release the oxytocin to decrease my cortisol levels, dopamine and serotonin to increase my mood, adrenaline to lower my stress, and I’m sure there are other benefits that I could list but I won’t bore you with the deets.
- A cold shower because this heat wave is absolutely disgusting and who can sleep feeling sticky and hot?
- Binge unnecessarily on random documentaries because I need to feed my brain with new knowledge.
