What are your daily habits?
My weekends in general differ from my weekdays.
My weekdays are a carefully orchestrated blend of routine and necessity.
Each day kicks off with:
- coffee (1-2 cups) which is essential to jumpstart my energy levels
- take my iron supplements and vitamins to stay healthy and functional
- take a much needed nap in my car during lunch break. I have to leave the building to feel like I’ve escaped for the moment
- work (I juggle two regular jobs on the weekdays, which keeps me on my toes)
- despite the hustle, I make time for exercise, which is a great stress reliever
- socials (I also put blogging in this category) while watching a true crime documentary. For me it’s a systematic way of staying connected with friends and unwinding
- studying (can’t wait till I’m done with this)
- shower, I like being fresh
- facial regimen to keep my skin in check
- followed by some well-deserved sleep
